In Consolidated financial Statement should we need to disclose Notes reuired to be disclose as a requirement of Schedule VI Like Quantitative notes , Value of Import , Capacity notes....
Those notes which are not governed by Accounting standards

yes these are schedule vi requirement and need to be disclosed as usual whether a standalone balance sheet is prepared or consolidated balance sheet is prepared.Consolidated Financial statement is prepared since clause 32 of our listing agreement requires the same
