when will articleship training start if i clear ipcc exam in november 2012 ?????

you can find articleship vacancies in www.caknowledgeclub.com. on this site click vacancies give your state & city details.
after IPCC results released, the next day you can register articles in February 2013 ( most probably it is in February month)
so when we have to actually start working under ca ?
