I want to take transfer from my current CA firm but they didn't give .
what I do ?

I think within first year you are free to take transfer. For more please visit ICAI site .
Why transfer not getting ?

If the transfer is after one year, you have to satisfy some conditions which are given in icai website like .. In 1st year no such conditions exists.
