Mr. A has outstanding demand of Rs. 145000/- and Mr. A had paid full o/s demand of Rs. 145000/-. Whether Mr. A can file appeal against outstanding demand of Rs. 145000/- or not ?

The time limit within which the appeal has to be made before the CIT appeals is 30 days from the receipt the assessment order by the assessee
