Friends i want to know whether by registring before 30 Nov 2011, you can give one group of Executive course in June 2011 and
Can the fees be paid by cash instead of D/D? And if D/D is compulsory then in whose name it should be made?

Candidates registered upto and including the month of February in a year are eligible for appearing in both the Modules of the Executive examination held in December of that year and those registered upto and including the month of August in a year are eligible to appear in the Executive examination held in June of next year subject to satisfactory completion of coaching. what is this coaching requirement? |
These are the certificates issued by the institution to their students on the successful completion of the compulsory oral/postal coaching. A student with a valid Coaching Completion certificate only will be allowed to attend the main examinations.
Along with the study material/notes a set of question papers would also be sent which have to answered and submitted to the institution for evaluation within the stipulated time. A student will have to submit answers to the specified number of papers and obtain qualifying marks to be eligible to get the certificate indicating the successful completion coaching.
Rationalization of the system for issue of Coaching Completion Certificate under Postal Coaching Scheme
The Training & Educational Facilities Committee (TEFC) of the Council in its 93rd meeting held on 11th July 2009 had a detailed discussion on the matter of issue of Coaching Completion Certificates to the students to make them eligible for appearing in the CS Examinations to keep in tune with the changing times.
It has been decided to rationalize the criteria for issue of Coaching Completion Certificates vis-à-vis submission of Response Sheets with immediate effect which is as follows : -
Stage |
No. of response sheets required to be submitted for each subject |
|
Existing Criteria |
Revised Criteria |
|
Foundation Programme |
Only one Response Sheet for each subject |
No Change |
Intermediate Course / Executive Programme |
Three Response Sheets for each subject |
Only one Response Sheet for each subject |
Final Course/ Professional Programme |
Three Response Sheets for each subject |
Only one Response Sheet for each subject |
Keeping in view the above decision, the students are advised to send at least one Response Sheet for each subject to make him/ her eligible for issue of Coaching Completion Certificate. It is further to clarify that he/ she has to secure minimum 40% marks in each subject for issue of Coaching Completion Certificate.
The students who have already sent at least one Response Sheet in each subject will also be guided by the same criteria and the Coaching Completion Certificates will be issued whoever meets the said criteria.
However, students will be at liberty to send maximum response sheets to the Institute and all such response sheets will be evaluated and returned to them for their reference/ guidance.
For any further information / clarification on the subject, please contact Shri Vinod Jetly, Assistant Director (Student Services) at E-Mail id ss_coach @ icsi.edu or at telephone nos. 0120-423993 to 99 Extn. : 2122.

Last date for receipt of response sheets including resubmission in the Institute from the candidates who wish to be considered for enrolment for the examination to be held in June is 28 February & in December is 31st August . These dates have been fixed keeping in view the enrolment dates of the examinations and thus no request for extension of time beyond the stipulated dates will be entertained.
(Students are advised not to wait up to last date. They should submit their response sheets at the earliest well in advance for timely processing & issuance of suggested answers)
