sir i am GST practitioner. i registered as a GST practitioner. i am not Registered as a income tax practitioner so for. My doubt is can I use seal like this Auditor & GST practitioner for signing the documents without audit case Balance sheets and other related documents. which is the correct according to the law.

Use the designation which is actually registered as per law.. ideally you should only use gst practitioner
