Dear All, Mr.X has not Charged theService Tax amount on the Professional Services rendered by him ? Pls tell me should he deposit the service tax amount assuming that the amount received as inclusive of service tax & deposit the same its related to F.Yr 12-13.Still the Return has not been filed. or any other better option
