I held share of nagarjuna fertiliser in 2007 and now the the same company has delisted from BSE & NSE and now i am enable to get my share value? Can i sell the my holding of share?

If it is delisted how can you sell it. If it is not sell through excnage then there will be no STT and susequently you are liable for capital gains.
