is the PPF amount received at the time of death of assessee taxable ? if it is taxable under which head it is taxable and whom it is taxable ?

Sir, I and my wife both are employee & both have PPF A/C. I want to know that, If my wife deposite Rs.70000/- in my ppf A/C ONLY FOR THIS YEAR, can she get tax exempt ONLY FOR THIS YEAR.
Yes she can, exempt is allowed if investment made in the name of self, spouce and children
