you have to take deposit received date..
payment transferred date irrelavent for the purpose of due date verification. This date is internal matter of those departments.

i agree with vishnupriya ji,
payment transfer date is not relevant.. Consider the date of deposit with the bank.

I think if payment is done throgh cheque,then i have some doubt as word"subject tp the realisation" can be there in the relevant ACT..

Dear All,
All the department appored only that date which have bank stamp date on challan. Dept. no matter that its Deposit or Clear.
