In case of fraud, manupalation,etc. done by partner than all partners responsible for that or single partner responsible, in Chartered Accountants partnership...

for example:-

satyam co. auditor sign on balance sheet by fraud than only signature auditor is responsible for that or whole partners in his chartered accountant firm..?

please give section also..
