A job advertisment for the post of CFO says he should manage DSO( Days Payables Outstanding ).
My question is:
What does managing DSO involve? Is it any different from looking after the payables of the company?

It is related to pymt receivable & not payable.. Means one sud control it total sales agst total o/s. in the prefered days (For eg in 30 days the tatol sales is 100 & the o/s. as on 30 days 80 tha menas the DSO is 24 days.. ) it is basicaly credit control...
