GSTR-3B is compulsory to be filed before 20 aug or not? What are the implications of delay in filing!

yes you have to file GSTR 3B before 20 aug, after also file invoice wise return in deatils in normal forms i.e GSTR 1.

yes mandatory , but GSTR-1 for the month of july due date is 5th september and for August month is 20th september.

hello
i can see form GSTR1 GST portal
but form GSTR3b is not there
I guess we're supposed to file consolidated in GSTR3B for 1st two months.
I mean if we've to submit consolidated then why GSTR1 has come even before GSTR3B ?

it is a tragedy. We cant do anything. Many issues are there but we can do nothing but waiting.

it would be very difficult to handle if it doesn't come in a next few days
cz still no one knows how much time it takes for upolading and what all errors it will throw out
