query on gst registration

is sites like legal raasta and h&r which provides online consultancy required to get register under gst?if yes when they have to charge gst after crosding turnover or frm the beginning of getting registerd?

you have to register if your turnover exceeds rs 20 lakh. you need nod to worry untill you are under 19 lakh. once you crossed 19 lakh and you think you will cross 20 lakh also than you should immediately take registration. Even if you have crossed turnover limit of 20 lakh you have 30 days to register yourself in gst from the date when you crossed 20 lakh mark but still you will be liable to pay gst from the amount exceeding rs 20 lakh.
You need not to worry if you have not crossed the 20 lakh limit.
Further it should also be noted that some category of dealers are required to get registered irrespective of there turnover. For example dealers who deals in inter state transaction, person liable to pay gst under reverse charge, input service distributers etc.

mam if you have read my answer you will find that your querry has been answered. let me repeat specifically for you...since you are an e commerce operator you are covered under sec 24 clause (x) and hence you are required to register yourself under gst irrespective of your turnover within 30 days from the 1st july 2017 (i.e. 30th july 2017). Sec 24 states the list of persons who are compulsorily required to register themselves under gst and you are covered in this section hence pls register before 30th july.

Yes these firm has to take registration because aggregrate turnover of these firm are more than 20 lakh. and they have to charge GST from beggning.
Still as per your query if turnover is less than 20 lakh so they not require to pay gst even after registration because turnover upto 20 Lakh is exempt.

mam just read your comments and my comments....i honestly tried to help you...even after you said things to me i tried to save you from an incorrect advice which can land you or your client in trouble....if you still think i am rude than made them read to some other person and ask him who sounds rude....as far as righting about me is concerned then you have a freedom to express yourself and you may go ahead with that....i am just asking to acknowledge others who are trying to help instead of saying mean words to them....this discourages others. You just can't say someone discusting. It is nothing short of abuse.
