I have a big excel worksheet where I have filled up numbers in some cells. In the cells which dont have numberes I want to have "0"(zero). What is the short cut for this? Can this be done in one go?
Thanks.

Go to Data-> Filter-> Click on Auto filter. Then click on the filter button of the couloumn in which yo want to insert '0', there you select "blank"s as the selection criteria, and then fill 0 in one coloumn and copy paste to all other coloumns.

1. Type 1 in any of the corner cell of the any of the sheet. Then select it and copy it.
2. Select the range of cell, where you entered the data and blank cell as well.
3. Alt+E+S and then m and finally press enter.
Thanks
