tds deducted by bank on fixed deposit @ 10% from state government deductee not having pan of the government office, please advice how to prepare etds return without having of PAN of the govt office.

try to quote pan as PANNOTREQD, i m not sure about, but for submitting e tds quarterly return of a state government office i use the same.
