Query on applicability of section 269SU

Hi, we provide various services to the state governments and such services are worth more than Rs 50 crores every year. We have no other income, other than the business income from rendering such services to the Governments. Now, the query is whether the provisions of section 269SU would apply to us??. Means, we have to provide the facility of RuPay Card, UPI modes ?? Please let me know your views.
