Query on AAR------
Sec.245N provides that a Public limited company can also make application to the AAR on an issue relating to 'computaion of total income".... Now pls tell what can come under the heading 'computation of income' ?
Does it includes allowablity of deductions, expenditure, or all other queries that r otherwise appealable before other authorities.???
