if we are paying service tax on web site mtc charges to foreign party then under what catagory we have to apy service tax.
means service tax on website mtc charges comes under what catagory ?

Please be clear with your query . It appears as if you are paying service tax against charges received against website maintenance from foreign party. In such case you are actually exporting your service and need not pay any tax.
