Query in filling articleship registration form-plz reply..!!

I just came across a doubt as to what to mention in ca articleshp registeration form in the d/d details section because i had already paid the fees(with articles) at the time of IPCC registeration. so plz tell me as to whether leave that section or to do something else and how??? thank u.
