query for notification regarding contact detail

As per CBDT press released dated 04.07.2014,

"........One mobile number or email ID can be used for a maximum of 10 user accounts as the Primary Contact- Mobile Number and Email ID in e-Filing. This is to ensure that family members and related business concerns (not exceeding 10 separate users) not having personal email or mobile can be covered under a common email or mobile, but in general taxpayers should have their own unique email ID and Mobile registered with the Department............."

But by recent (from sep. 21, 2017) backdoor amendment, department has restricted it to 3 assessee per primary mobile number &/or email ID.

Actually i wrongly filed the  GSTR-1 without submitting the trans form -1 now the lot of laibility is there....now is there any solution to corrrect it - please suggest me to rectify it.

As per new updation of profile on incometax efilling website, a mobile no. and email cannot be used in profile of more than 3 assessees. BIG Problem.
