the online form will ask for article completion status( in bullet form only) other wise it wont move further!!! and regarding eligibility it was applicable for old course only I think there is no need for eligibility certificate
article completion details u have to fill it manuall in pdf generated after payment of fee
Do not worry
The institute will send you the admit card , but you got to get all details of like roll no and other information provided on the admit card filled in on a letter head of the member of the insitute and get his attestation and can write your exam and after the exam you got to post the same to the institute .
The institute will send you a letter asking the same .
For the last attempt i had also had missed few information latter i had to do the same .
But still you can contact the institute.

Letter of Completion of Articleship came to me
but in this Letter the DETAILS OF CERTICATE IS NOT GIVEN
SO I LEAVE THIS DETAIL WHILE SUBMITTING THE FORM ...................
SO ACCORDING TO ME -
YOU DONT HAVE TO WORRY , NOTHING WOULD BE HAPPEN
GIVE EXAM WITH COOL MIND ..............................
i suggest you to send the certificate to institute along with hand written letter to Addl. Secretary (Exams), ICAI Bhawan, Delhi , in respect to the online form.
They will surely accept that.
More or less same thing happened to me as well.
Just take another print of examination form and send the same again to the same address, along with an application. Stating that you mistakenly left eligibility certificate portion, which you are now hereby furnishing.

Be assured and dont panic everything will become normal and you will surely get your admit card on time.
the only thing is you will get to hear some harsh words on phone will telling your story to the concerned officials.
