I just want to know that when does one should apply for articleship in Big 4?
After the results have been declared then you should apply/submit resume Or you have to do it before the results?

Big4 firms generally start accepting resume and even conduct interviews before the results are declared. So you can submit your resume before the results.
But there's no problem in waiting for the results- you can definitely apply even after results. In fact many do it after results.
After all it depends on vacancies and your results.
