i was studying managerial remuneration chapter of company law.

i could not understand the meaning of expatriate managerial person ??

please explain the same ??

Expatriate Managerial Person means Managerial Person who are Migrant i.e. One who has taken up residence in a foreign country.

Under schedule XIII, Expatriate Managerial Person are eligible for 3 extra perqisite which are not for other Managerial person (those staying in india).
