QUERY-EXPATRIATE MANAGERIAL PERSON ?
i was studying managerial remuneration chapter of company law.

Expatriate Managerial Person means Managerial Person who are Migrant i.e. One who has taken up residence in a foreign country.
Under schedule XIII, Expatriate Managerial Person are eligible for 3 extra perqisite which are not for other Managerial person (those staying in india).
