Dear Sir,

I want to know if Someone's annual salary is lower than tax exemption limit. Than is it mandatory to deduct TDS or GST ? Is there any new rule came regarding deduction of TDS or GST?

If any new rule came in force then please share the link of that.

I will be very thankful to you.

No more new rule...

If Total Salary is BEL then no need to deduct TDS...

Also if total income exceeding BEL and after available deduction applied and the salary fall less than BEL no need to deduct TDS...

dude u r confusing income tax with service tax...if aggregate yearly salary after availing chapter 6a deductions and other deductions is less than BEL , then no need to deduct tds

But my CA is saying now it is compulsory to deduct TDS in every salary of employee's. Even if salary is lower than exemption limit of Income Tax Act

No it's exactly wrong...

If Salary less than BEL then Who is accept (employee) the TDS deduction...

If Deduct TDS as per Your said way then Employee will be going to any Other Country as per following Mr. Mallaiyaa...
