Hello Friends. I want to know the procedure to be followed to get relief u/s 89. means which form to be submitted alongwith return and how to calculate relief?

Hi,
There is no ned to fill seprate form along with the return for claming the relief U/s 89(1) however the form to be filled for your own record or in case of the A.O. ask the same is FORM-10 E (Check the Income Tax, Rules, 1962)
