I have a query regarding goods movement (T-2), if buyer of Delhi procures goods from Mumbai and the seller sends goods to Delhi without applying (generating) T-2.
Can the buyer generate T-2 after recieving the goods, if no then what the option is left for him.

T-2 is applicable when goods are sent out of Delhi. Since the goods are moving from mumbai n not from delhi, in my opinion, there is no need of T-2.

T-2 is applicable and mandatory only for those dealers who exceeds Rs. 1 Crore turnover int he preceeding year or in the current period if he achieved. This is not mandatory for all dealers registered under DVAT Act. It is generated by the buyer online mentioning all the details regarding their goods coming from any state in delhi before physically entered into the delhi and send a copy to the seller which are sending the goods... there is also have a copy of T-2 with the transporter but it is the responsibilty of the seller to give it to transporter.. there is option for only updation of GR No. if not available before, it can be updated within 24 hours after goods entering into the delhi.
@ shivani mittal # T-2 is applicable when goods are coming into the delhi or DVAT registered dealer made any type of central purchases.
