anyone know the honb'l Gujrat HC order with respect to the GSTR3B return
"gstr3b is not a return u/s39 of cgst act 2017 : Guj. HC"
so rectification for 17-18 till due date of gstr9 ?

17-18 ITC on Invoices and Debit Note can be claimed till the due date of Annual Return i.e. 31.08.2019.
