If you have amended B2C supply to B2B in the year 2017-18 will be auto populated in GSTR 9 in table 4 (B) .for i.e if you have reported B2C sales in the month June 2017 and amended in the month November 2017 , same will be auto populated in B2B in table 4 (B) of GSTR9 . please check your sales in books of accounts and amount auto populated in GSTR9 table 4(B)
Please correct above as August 2017 instead of June 2017 in above example , wrongly mentioned as June 2017 .
Have you paid taxes through GSTR3B for amended Invoices in GSTR 1 ?.
