Hello dear

For DT- If u are reading from VG sir books then we dont have to give u any idea bcs VG sir itself giving very vast idea how to read and be prepare foe the Exams.

But as i have preapere at my examination i would suggest you that first mark out the imporatnat chapetr from questio bank according to their marks wights and after that read respective provsions chapter Wise. and then do Practical problem. while you are doing provision mark our Case laws and get remeberised at the time of solving problem.

Don't Forget to read Ammendments and Case laws at the time of examination bcs it cover at leat your 40-50 marks.

For IDT - I wil tell you - Remeber provisions and make problems accordingly.

Its nor imporatnat that you should keep remember section or Case law name but relevant provisions, case laws and their content must be remember.

In exam unless u are confirm about the section and case laws should not quote section or case laws it will not deduct ur marks only bcs you have not quoted section. Bcs it is always says by ICAI in RTP that student should not get demorlissed by afaired of non remebering section but they can strength their answers by putting valuable content and part of reference of important case laws and their Facts.

Hope u can get benefit.

Spread knowledge to get Knwoledge.

A PERSON IMPORT USED OIL FROM DUBAI IS THIS RESTRECTED IN INDIA OR NOT

PLEASE GIVE ME ANS. IMMEDIATELY.

for DT - Vinod Gupta Sir's module is more than enough and for IDT you can refer bangar's book ...

Dear Sandeep

The import of used oil was banned in india after the hazardous waste management act of 1986, but implemented only from 94. after a supreme court order. but its subsequent amendments ..lots of changes were made. the latest in 2010. which says black oil is defined under two category. used oil - which is used lubricating oil drained out of engines, machines etcetc . secondly waste oil ...is others which can be converted to fuels. like waste of furnace oil, lLSHS, crude sludge etc. the recent amendment allows the import of "used oil" by an actual user, not a trader. but not waste oil.. the level of pcb is also specified in the rules.

Sidharath ..

Bangar book is good for self practice but there is on problem is you might not able to concise at the end of readng and its very much neccessary for your reading that you get a summarised form of your concepts.
