1.P&L BS required to filed
2.Audit is required to done
3.In 4S return, income shows less than what is required under the act.
4.incorrect codes of nature of business.
5.Tax deduction is greater than GTI
6.Depreciation/Deduction is filed/claimed in P&L but DPM/DOA/other (relevant)schedule not filled.
7.Gender mismatch with PAN
8.No details regarding taxes paid is given in ITR
