You have to submit the c.-form to party. The time to submit is on or before quater end. In delhi c.-firm are issued by authority when u will show them anexure of your purchase, so ask the selling party for sales details with company seal and then u can obtain c.-form

C form has to be supplied to pay lower Tax rates but purchased goods are within cst registration certificate.

Yes you have to issue c forms to the seller after filing ur sales tax return. The forms will be issued from the department on the basis of the return filed.!

Sirs, A registered dealer in Delhi cannot fix CST rate of his purchases from other State. The seller is liable to pay tax on Inter state sale according to Sec 8 of the CST Act. Rate of tax applicable on those goods in the appropriate State has to be considered. Anyway the selling dealer is demanding C form against his invoice in order to allow concessional rate,you are required to issue C form and collection of CST @ 1% is not a criteria to decide whether you are liable to issue C form or not. The rate of tax on local sale on those goods in that State may also consider in this case. Thank you
