query about attempt

hi guys,i have paid exam fees of first group in nov 10 for the first time in ipcc and got cleared the exam and i have paid the exam fees of 2nd group in may 11 and if i would clear the exam in may 11. would it be consider as first attempt...

plzz reply me i m bit confused about it......
