Can anyone tell the procedure to get deduction of Sec 35AC and 80G for a institution under Income tax Act 1961.What formalities and Forms to be submitted to Income Tax department.Please suggest

Kindly refer this file, all the formalites to get the trust/NGO register U/s. 35AC is given in detail.
