Dear Richa when We talk about receivables then it means both debtors and Bills receivables.
but when u have to mention either of the above two then u are required to make it specific i.e debtors or bill receivables.

Dear,
Please note that Receivables i.e. A/c Receivables and Debtors are similar and there is no differentiations in between the two.
The only difference is that, term "Receivable" is used by Americans on the other hand "Debtor" is used by british.
