Bills receivable are negotiable instruments. They are standardised instrument in paper format. As against Acounts Receivables is a wider term which includes debtors, loans & advances etc.. Accounts receivables can be securitised with the factors while bills receivable are discounted with the bankers.

accounts receivables include all your current assets while bill receivable is a negotiable instrument as mentioned by Mubeen...!
