A PARTNERSHIP FIRM FILED ITS ITR RETURN WITHOUT AUDIT AND N P IS BELOW 4 PERCENT SO THIS CASE THE FIRM WILL RECEIVE ANY NOTICE OF DEMAND

probably yes....need to audit if profit shown below 8% for other than professional firms....notice of non audit might be possible
