I have a question regarding Excise Rebate..

can any one confirm me if I am taking excise rebate , in that case can i apply for depb drawback.(My company is merchant exporter , and doing business of pharmaceutical export on contract base manufacturing.)

If you are taking Excise rebate on inputs, you can take drawback of custom portion or DEPB.
