TAX INVOICE HAS TO BE ISSUE BECAUSE PERSON IS REGISTERED IN VAT SO THERE CHARGE VAT IN INVOICE IRRESPECTIVE OF CUSTOMER ARE REGISTERED OR UNREGISTERED.

Hi, Type of Invoice (either Tax Invoice or Retail/Sales Invoice) will depends on two criterias namely- (i) Status of Selling dealer (if registered - Tax Invoice else Retail Invoice) (ii) Type of goods being sold in the covered invoice (if taxable goods - Tax Invoice else Retails Invoice) Further, status of the dealer to whom goods are been sold is irrelevant in this case. Thanks, Swati
