Your question is very vague:
- VAT/CST rate depends on the nature of commodity and it is state specific, that is rate differs for different items for different states.
- General rate of service tax is 14% + swatch bharath cess 0.5%. Depending upon the nature of service, you get deductions in the form of abatement.
- Rate of TDS also depends on the nature of payment.
