I have completed my articleship.. but havent sleared PCC. I wanted to know that after articleship completion, when i will be fillin niv 2012 examination form, can i get it signed by some other CA.. Kindly reply to the above Ques..

Huma, legally it should be signed by the CA under whom you have completed the training but i have seen case where there were sign of other CA.
So if there is any problem with you , you can take sign of any other CA.

After the completion of articles , u can get it signed by any ca.
So in your case , you can get it signed by any CA. no problem at all

Thanks Avtansh Jain and Rohit.. Can u let me know if any additional document is to be sent with d examination form...while fillin for the exam form.
