Suppose there is a company which is neither regiestered nor listed still thy function as a company.......so will that be really called as company..or not if not then what it should be called???

A company is a co. which is registered under companies act 1956 and which is not registered shall not be called a company, it may be Business/partnership firm / Association of person or may be body of individuals
