how is capital gain computed in case of depreciable assets?

Sale of depreciable asset is treated as STCG OR STCL.
If
Sale >(WDV+expenses on tranfer+cost of depreciable asset aquired during the year of transfer)
Then capital gain otherwise capital loss.
