we are registered dealers and obtained service from unregistered dealer, we have to pay GST under RCM.Will the cenvat credit of the same be allowed or not and under which rule if allowed

Yes sir you will have to pay tax as per RCM and credit will be allowed to you.

Yes allowed but first you need to pay in cash and thereafter you will get refund.
