My querry is that whether a professional file the e form of back dated.
I give you a example suppose a professional has taken COP No. in january 2012 and relevent date of form is dec 2011 but now co. wants to file the same in the month feb 2012 with additional fee. Now my querry is that wheter professional can file the form in feb 2012 or it would be any violation.
Please clarify it

Yes the form can be filed and signed by the Professional on a current date. As the Professional is certifying that the particulars entered in the Fom are correct. Signing the form does not mean that whether the Professional has got the degree on such and such date or not. But be sure that the certifying any Report on a back dat should be avoided if the Professional had not the degree at that time.
Yes he can attest and file the form with his signatures. As on the date of signing and filing the form he is very much authorised for the same.
