Assessee has Real Estate Business Income.
While filing return of income he showed it under the head income from other source and filed ITR 2.
Now the case is in scruitiny.
What are the consequences and remedy?

The tax evasion (if any) will be calculated and tax will be recovered along with interest and penalty.
