I am a housewife.

If the property is owned by wife and the husband pays emi, is the income tax rebate applicable ?

If the property is in the name of wife, are there any concession in the stamp duty and registration ?

If the property is owned by wife and husband pays emi, is there a concession in interest rate if he takes loan?
