Queries in Foundation Registration

I have been asked for the Correction by the ICAI Regarding the Signature while I'm responding to upload the new signature to the CA Foundation Registration Portal the Error message is stating that Only member & Student can edit the form! where I itself couldn't upload the Signature how can I resolve the issue please help me!
