Quarterly TCS Return 27EQ

Dear All,

Though our company has deducted the correct TCS amount and also paid the actual amount of TCS to the concerned department within the due dates. But at the time of filing Quarterly TCS return(27EQ) the company has mentioned wrong figure of TCS.

Kindly let me know is there any penalty or consequences arise against the company for such mistake.

Pls do the needful and also provide me the sections and rules related to the above issue.
