Once Selected then no way for changes upto March 2018... You can change it next FY...
So, File your GSTR 1 as Monthly return upto March and change it next FY...
As per my view the Monthly return is best for Quarterly return...

I'm selling exempted supplies to registered business, unregistered business and for customer through amazon.
Where all I've to mention about these kind of sales in GSTR 1 quater filing?

You say you have selected quarterly and your turnover is less than 1.5Cr. It is not wrong. It is perfectly alright.

I'm selling jaggery items. Whether I've to mention as nil rated or exempted.
Also I'm selling same jaggery in amazon.
Should I mention state wise sales in B2C of column 7 or Just inter supply in colum 8 will do.
Also intra state sales for unregisterted business should be mentioned in 7???
